SI Luxury World, since being founded in 1995 has always believed that offering an excellent, dedicated service is of the utmost importance. We pride ourselves on our personal customer service and care deeply about after sales. Our watches, jewellery and luxury brands are our reputation, which we value highly.

To ensure the level of customer service matches the reputation of our brands we have developed the first and only watch clinic in Azerbaijan equipped with most modern, state of the art Swiss calibre equipment and staffed with a master Swiss watchmaker and two highly skilled watch technicians. Our master watchmaker holds multiple certificates from watch manufacturers such as Vacheron Constantin, Patek Philippe, Piaget, Breitling, Bovet, De Grisogono and has working experience in the Les Ambassadeurs workshop in Geneva. 

Thanks to regular training with the manufacturers, our watch specialists are qualified to conduct the most common repairs immediately. They also carry a very large stock of spare parts for most Fine Watchmaking models and brands. In the event of complex repairs, models are immediately sent to the manufacturers in order to obtain a detailed quote. Our watch clinic’s reputation is earned through our dedication to quality and we pride ourselves to attention to detail, repairing and returning your valued possession to you as soon as we can.
